Delivery Time

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Processing Time: 1-2 business days
Shipping Time: 2-7 business days (Standard Free shipping)/ 1-3 business days (Expedited shipping)

Processing Time

Generally, orders are processed within 1-2 working days of order confirmation. Our warehouse operates from Monday to Friday during standard business hours, except on holidays. Place the order during working days is highly recommended.

Shipping Time

Normally, it takes 2-7 business days by standard shipping method and 1-3 business days by expedited shipping method. We use shipping method like: Amazon Logistics, USPS, UPS, PAACK, BPost, DHL Paket, Posti. We will update the tracking number via email after the order is shipped, and you can also find the tracking number in your account.

The Siaviala screen extender is available in the USA, Canada, the UK, and the member states of the European Union (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden).

For USA customers, we ship to all states except for Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, and Armed Forces Pacific.

Order Cancellations

We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase. If your payment finished and the parcel is not shipped out, you can cancel your order before your item’s delivery. And we will refund full of your money. Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is shipped out.
