1. Shipping Regions

Our products are only available in the United States. We ship to all states except for Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, and Armed Forces Pacific.

2. Shipping time

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transit Time

Handling Time: 0-2 business days

Transit Time: 2-6 business days (Standard shipping)/ 1-4 business days (Expedited shipping)

We do not currently offer shipping to countries outside of the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our customer support team.

3. Taxes

Goods from all our warehouses have not paid delivery tax. If the package is inspected by customs in the destination country, the customer must pay import duties, duties and taxes. 

4. Shipping Restrictions:

We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email to confirm your order details. Once the item has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your order number, carrier information, date and time the order was placed, order status, and the package tracking number for the shipped item. For the exact location of your shipment, track your item on the carrier's official website.
