Display Port Description
USB-C with DP
This port is functioned only for video signal transmission, please use the included HDMI to TYPE-C cable or the included H5-T cable in the package.

Connection Method Guide
Method 1: Using Two Full-Featured Type-C (USB-C) Ports
You can simply use two USB-C to USB-C cables to connect each screen. One cable for each side of the laptop.




If the display has no signal or the signal is unstable after connection, please connect an external 5V/2A or higher power adapter OR power bank to power the display. Connect it to the side that isn't displaying. If neither side displays, connect power to both sides.

This case is for one Type-C port supports data transfer and charging, and the other one Type-C port supports only charging.

Method 5: Use One Full-featured Type-C port, and One Not Full-Featured Type-C port
This case is for one Type-C port supports data transfer and charging, and the other one Type-C port supports only data transfer.

Method 6: NO Full-Featured Type-C, BUT have HDMI and some USB-A ports
One side monitor:In this scenario, you can connect one screen using the included H5-T cable for display (video transmission), and connect extra power plug to offer the power.




Method 7: Using docking station
If the display has no signal or the signal is unstable after connection, please connect an external 5V/2A or higher power adapter OR power bank to power the display. Connect it to the side that isn't displaying. If neither side displays, connect power to both sides.
