Siaviala S6 Monitor Connection Guide

This guide provides a variety of ways to connect the Siaviala S6 monitor, please select the appropriate connection method according to your device type and port.

Display Port Description

USB-C with DP

This port is functioned only for video signal input, please use the HDMI to TYPE-C cable included in the package that connected from the laptop to the monitor.

TYPE-C1 or TYPE-C2

This port has both video signal input and power input functions.

Multi-function button

For brightness and contrast adjustment, etc.

Speaker

Built-in audio output for immersive experience.

Connection Method Guide

Method 1: Using Two Full-Featured Type-C (USB-C) Ports

You can simply use two USB-C to USB-C cables to connect each screen. One cable for each side of the laptop.

Two included cables are needed in total.
1. USB-C to USB-C cable connect to the FIRST MONITOR port labeled "Type-C1 or Type-C2".
2. USB-C to USB-C cable connect to the SECOND MONITOR port labeled "Type-C1 or Type-C2".

If the display has no signal or the signal is unstable after connection, please connect an external 5V/2A or higher power adapter OR power bank to power the display. Connect it to the side that isn't displaying. If neither side displays, connect power to both sides.

Method 1: Use the included H5-T cable for thunderbolt/ USB-C port to HDMI video signal conversion

One side monitor: Simply connect one screen using the included USB-C to USB-C cable.
Another side monitor: Connect the other screen using the included H5-T cable for display (video transmission), and connect extra power plug to offer the power.

Three included cables are needed in total.
1. USB-C to USB-C cable connect to the FIRST MONITOR port labeled "Type-C1 or Type-C2".
2. Connect the H5-T cable to the SECOND MONITOR port labeled "Type-C1 or Type-C2".
3. Connect the extra power plug with USB-A to USB-C cable to the SECOND MONITOR port labeled "Type-C1 or Type-C2".

If the display has no signal or the signal is unstable after connection, please connect an external 5V/2A or higher power adapter OR power bank to power the display. Connect it to the side that isn't displaying. If neither side displays, connect power to both sides.

Method 2: Using One Full-Featured Type-C (USB-C), USB-A, and HDMI Port

Another side monitor: The other screen use the included HDMI to USB-C cable for display (video transmission). Additionally, connect the USB-A to USB-C cable for power supply. 

Three included cables are needed in total.
1. USB-C to USB-C cable connect to the FIRST MONITOR port labeled "Type-C1 or Type-C2".
2. Connect the HDMI to USB-C cable to the SECOND MONITOR port labeled "USB-C with DP",
3. Connect the USB-A to USB-C cable to the SECOND MONITOR port labeled "Type-C1 or Type-C2".

Method 3: Using One NOT Full-Featured Type-C (USB-C), USB-A, and HDMI Port

One side monitor: In this scenario, you can connect one screen using the included H5-T cable for display (video transmission), and connect extra power plug with USB-A port to offer the power.

Another side monitor: The other screen use the included HDMI to USB-C cable for display (video transmission). Additionally, connect the USB-A to USB-C cable for power supply.

Four included cables are needed in total.
1. Connect the H5-T cable to the FIRST MONITOR port labeled "Type-C1 or Type-C2".
2. Connect the extra power plug with USB-A to USB-C cable to the FIRST MONITOR port labeled "Type-C1 or Type-C2".
3. Connect the HDMI to USB-C cable to the SECOND MONITOR port labeled "USB-C with DP",
4. USB-A to USB-C cable connect to the SECOND MONITOR port labeled "Type-C1 or Type-C2".

Method 4: Using docking station

If your laptop has neither a full-featured Type-C(USB-C) port nor a HDMI port, then an extra USB 3.0 to Dual HDMI output adapter/docking station or hub with MST is needed. We need two HDMI ports to connect to transmit data and video signal, one HDMI port to connect each portable screen, also need a USB-A to USB-C cable or external power source to power each portable screen, normally we need 4 ports (two HDMI and two USB-A) to connect the portable triple screen monitor extender in this case.

Four included cables are needed in this scenario.
1. Connect the HDMI to USB-C cable to the FIRST MONITOR port labeled "USB-C with DP",
2. USB-A to USB-C cable connect to the FIRST MONITOR port labeled "Type-C1 or Type-C2".
3. Connect the HDMI to USB-C cable to the SECOND MONITOR port labeled "USB-C with DP",
4. USB-A to USB-C cable connect to the SECOND MONITOR port labeled "Type-C1 or Type-C2".
